Great but...

I love this game but I find the new washer machine level is pretty much impossible to beat. It does not give clear instructions on what to do. It says "make the washer machine spin the other way." I have tried spinning my phone, rotating my finger in a circle on the washer machine, and even pushing the button on the corner of the washer machine. I have had no luck so far and cant find a solution on the internet. My phone is not on lock rotation and is definitely wide and long enough, so if you have the solution could you at least buy it on your website, Wikipedia, or some social media website that people could see. Please and Thank you.
